HERE IS A LIST OF QUESTIONS WE WILL ASK YOU PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF
ANY SERVICES:
- Name, address and contact information for whom we will be working for.
- Current Property Owner: We will need written authorization prior to any work on the
site if the client is not the current property owner.
- Directions to the property: Road name and Town
- Subdivision
- Failed Leach field / New Water Source
- Inspection
- Was the parcel priorly engineered? If yes, who was the engineer?
- Are there any prior state permits? If yes, we need copies of these.
- How many acres on the property?
- When was the lot created?
- Is there any existing dwellings on the property?
- Are there any existing wells or springs?
- We need an up to date survey or deed with the metes and bounds on it.
- We will need the property lines marked with the location of any existing survey pins.
